The Auction is in full swing! Seats have sold out and we are filling up the waiting list as we speak! The auction is this year’s hot ticket event!
If you are still interested in attending, we have a few positions we need help with, which means you can dress up and enjoy dinner on the house! We are looking for help with data entry and checkout, as well as a bid recorder.
We will need help with some of the “behind the scenes” auction details starting next week: Editing, bid sheets, item descriptions, favors, wine bottle wraps, item tags, and placards. If you are creative, crafty, have a “thing” for proper grammar or just want to lend a hand–We would love your support.
We will also need volunteer help with loading and unloading Friday morning, the day before the auction, January 22. Those who can stay after unloading, we would love some additional help with chair covers, silent auction and wine set-up, wine wheel set up, and other tasks that may pop-up. On Sunday, January 24th, we will need help with Auction clean up and load up/out.
